Attire 

Attire for the February chapter meeting is professional dress.  Remember that denim, flip-flops, D.S.T. paraphernalia, and capri pants are not acceptable and you will not be permitted to enter. 

Agenda and Committee Reports  

The agenda and committee reports will be sent after the E Board.  Please make sure you have pre-read the reports.  Remember that chapter meetings are not the place for committee discussions, it is a time to ask pertinent questions to the information being presented.  Please check Groupme for the password for documents that are protected.  If you have difficulty reading any of the reports please feel free to email me president@pvadst.org

Visiting Sorors

In this season of sisterly reclamation we encourage you to extend invitations to visiting sorors.  Please inform the soror to have their membership card or their membership verification letter to present for entrance.  They can also reach out to Denise Simmons, First Vice President, via email prior to the meeting at pvacvicepresident@gmail.com
